Erasmus+ Iasi, Romania
We came to Romania to learn about the rights of life and to meet other Erasmus students. On the first day we went to the Romanian “Olga Sturdza” school in Holboca, Iasi and we got to try some Romanian food and learn some traditions. Then we watched some videos about the rights of life and bullying/discrimination. On the second day we went to a climbing centre where we climbed different obstacles. We went to a monastery too. In the evening, we came to our hotel and talked about how we enjoyed that day.
On Tuesday we went to a botanical garden and there were a lot of plants. After looking at the plants, we went to see some trees and we were separated into groups. Our task was to write a sentence about saving and helping trees, for example: Don’t kill them, let them grow.
On Wednesday we went to a ZOO and to a museum which were in total 5 hours away by bus. Firstly, when we arrived, we went to a museum that was interesting and after that we went to a ZOO, where we filmed a video about animal rights. On Friday, we went back to the “Olga Sturdza“ school in Holboca for the ceremony and to play some Kahoot quizzes. It was a very funny day. After the ceremony ended, we decided to take a tour around the city. We went to a museum and bought some souvenirs. It was very demanding. And that was our Friday! On Saturday we did some more touring of the city. They have very beautiful buildings there. And very good waffles…!
